Meetings - Part 2 - Permissions

Permissions


The meetings module utilises the following permissions:


PermissionDescription
Desktop:Show Meetings Menu ItemBase permission needed in order to access the Meetings menu
Meetings:View MeetingsCan view all meeting records which do not have any privacy rules set
Meetings:Create MeetingsCan create new meetings
Meetings:Edit MeetingsCan edit any meeting record
Meetings:Complete MeetingsAllows access to ‘Set as Completed’ in the meeting’s actions menu. Locks the meeting record
Meetings:Unlock MeetingsAllows access to re-open the meeting record if edits need to me made
Meetings:View HistoryAllows access to the meeting’s Change Log tab
Meetings:Print MeetingsAllows meeting details to be printed
Meetings:View Print HistoryAllows access to the print history of this meeting. This clearly shows who has printed this meeting out
Meetings:Link To RecordsCan create links to meeting records
Meetings:Remove LinksCan remove links to meetings records
Meetings:Edit StatusesCan edit Meeting Status lookup values
Meetings:Delete StatusesCan delete Meeting Status lookup values
Meetings:Edit TypesCan edit Meeting Type lookup values
Meetings:Delete TypesCan delete Meeting Type lookup values
