Meetings Module

Introduction

This module allows managing meetings and recording of minutes within iPassport. Meetings can be linked to other records within the system, subject to your permissions. For example, if a meeting to decide how to address a non-compliance takes place then this module could be used to record in detail who attended, the agenda and full minutes. The record of the meeting can then be linked to the Non-Compliance record for easy referral in the future.

The module is found under the Laboratory Management menu by selecting Meetings (these are the default menu names and may differ on your account). The Meetings menu item is only shown to users who have been given the relevant permission; see Permissions used in the Meetings Module below for details.

Each meeting has a Privacy setting, so it can either be visible to all users or restricted to its attendees and owner (administrators can still view private meetings). Meetings that are not recurring can also be copied using the Duplicate this Meeting option.
