Key users can be set to receive notification when tasks for users in their OU go overdue.

Account Backups

iPassport offers an optional, chargeable document export service. This allows customers to download a zip file containing all authorised controlled documents and associated metadata in order to provide an off-line backup of all your controlled documents.

Until now this service was limited to four backups per year and had to be performed by the iPassport support team. iPassport 3.4.18 puts document exports in your hands. Customers signed up to this service can now schedule backups via the new Account Backup option in the Administration menu. The backup process will then run overnight.
